How to Order

At this moment the only way to place an order with us is online via the website. This way we can take your order accurately and faster compared to taking orders by telephone or fax. The payment can be completed online in a secure and easy manner. Another benefit is that you can track the delivery status of your order. Read below for more information.

How to Place an Order

We've designed the website to make it quick and simple for you to place an order. After you've found the flowers or gift you want to send, click on the product name or image and follow the instructions below.

Shop From a Variety of Categories and Occasion, Product Category or Price. Search by a specific keyword or item number. Select Your Product and Choose Your Preferences. On the product information page, select how you would like to customize your gift. For example, in some instances, you will be asked whether you want to send your gift as shown or in a deluxe or premium arrangement, or you may have the option to include something extra with your gift like a mylar balloon, stuffed animal, box of chocolates or wine/champagne. Once you have selected from the preferences, click the Order Now button. Your gift or bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on Return to Shopping or proceed to Checkout.

Proceed to checkout. When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page, and then select Checkout. You are now on the Log In page, and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If you are a returning shopper, enter your password. If you are a new shopper, just click on the Continue button to create an account or Checkout as a guest. You will have an opportunity to create a password later in the checkout process. Provide recipient delivery information. After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. This information will allow us to ensure that your gift is delivered to the correct address. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card. Provide your billing information. You will be asked to choose a payment method. Payments to are handled by PayPal, using the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Review your order. Review the details of your order, and click the Submit Order button. If you are paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal website to complete the payment. Note: There is no need to create a PayPal account! After the payment is completed, your order will be received by, and we will process your order and begin creating your arrangement. Save your confirmation. will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at Log In. Please save this e-mail for future reference.

We have delivery 7 days a week. Orders can be delivered anywhere in . We offer the best service and quality flowers in town with on-time delivery. Delivery days are:

- Monday to Friday (morning, noon and afternoon).
- Saturday (morning and occassionaly also in the afternoon).
- Sunday deliveries are also possible but depends where the delivery location is.
